UK POSTAGE AND PACKING
Our P&P charges are £2.95 for each item to UK addresses. (Please enquire about despatch to countries outside UK.) We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries. Postage prices are based on current Royal Mail prices with a small additional charge for packaging.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
We aim for you to receive your order within seven days, this is subject to Royal Mail. We specify the method and address for delivery when you make your order. Risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to you on delivery.
RETURNS
If you receive a damaged parcel please contact us to claim a full refund or replacement. We ask that you return goods within 14 days of receipt of goods. If your product is defective and our help desk cannot rectify the fault, you will be sent a replacement product. In order to verify the fault, it would be appreciated if you could send the faulty cdrom back to us.
UNWANTED GOODS
Please return your receipt and unopened goods within 21 of the purchase date. You may exchange these goods or receive a credit / debit card / cheque refund depending on your method of payment. Unfortunately we are unable to exchange opened products.

All prices include VAT where applicable.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept PAYPAL (all credit cards). You don't need an account with Paypal to purchase products from us.
We also accept Cheques (but please be aware that the goods are only despatched once the cheque has cleared and this could take 5-12 working days). Cheques should be payable to "Mr A Wright" .
The last payment option is via postal orders. These need to be made payable to "Mr A Wright"
